The St John Paul II Catholic College community were saddened to hear the news that one of our local Primary schools Hambledon Public School's sport's shed had caught fire late Monday night resulting in the loss of all the schools sporting equipment.
Our Sports Coordinator Mr Horder spoke with Hambledon Public School Principal Mrs McEwen on Tuesday morning to pass on any assistance we as a school may be able to offer over the coming weeks to ensure sport continues for the Hambledon Public students and staff.
Mr Horder along with our Year 7 Student Learning Liaison Mr Morgan put together a sports equipment package that was delivered to the school. We hope it will assist Hambledon Public with sport in the coming weeks.
