Half of the Year 10 Food Technology class completed their practical assessment task.
All learners used the opportunity to demonstrate their outstanding skills in the kitchen by producing a range of canapé items including:
- Sushi
- Spring rolls
- Mini Dutch Pancakes
- Tiramisu
- Mushroom and onion tartlets
- Filipino sweet called Turon
We are really impressed with the work ethic and precision to detail demonstrated today by our Year 10 Food Technology learners.
