Two students from St John Paul II Catholic College were invited to participate in an event at RAAF Base Richmond to celebrate World Engineering Day on Thursday, 4 March.
The day involved a few introductory talks followed by an engineering trial where a heavy package was be dropped from a crane to simulate a parachute landing.
Students had the opportunity to talk one on one with engineers from both Air Force and Defence industry over a morning tea and network with some students from other CEDP schools.
