How to Enrol

St John Paul II Catholic College is a Year 7-12 co-educational Catholic College providing community, pathways and quality education for over 20 years.


You are welcome to contact our Enrolment Officer during school hours on (02) 9208 7205 to help you obtain further information or guide you through the enrolment process.

2025 Enrolments closed on Thursday 28th March, 2024. You’re able to submit an application after this date, however you may be placed on a waitlist.
If you’re wishing to enrol into Year 11 & 12 at our Senior campus at Nirimba, please contact our Enrolments office to discuss your application and book a tour.

Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision. Our Open Day, usually held in March each year, provides a wonderful opportunity for prospective families to view our facilities, meet our staff.

Enrolment Procedures


Step 1:
Enrolment Instructions

We invite interested families to download and lodge the following enrolment forms.

Before completing the Enrolment Application, read the Enrolment Instructions and Checklist for relevant supporting documents in the Enrolment Application Form.

Step 2:
Application Forms

Complete the Enrolment Application below. It consists of several sections which allows the College to best identify your child’s requirements and needs.

  1. Form A: Enrolment Application
  2. Form B: Consent Form
  3. Form C: National Data Collection Form
  4. Medical Action Plan (where required)

The completed Enrolment Application, together with all requested supporting documentation, must be submitted, in person, to our College office. Please be aware that we are unable to accept or process incomplete applications and note that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement. Please bring with you originals and copies of ALL documentation to be sighted.

Step 3:
Your letter of offer

The principal will consider the completed application and may make an offer to enrol your child at the school. Your application does not guarantee an automatic place at St John Paul II Catholic College. We will notify you of the results of your application.

Step 4:
Acceptance of offer

We will advise the outcome of your application in writing shortly after the interview.

If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the non-refundable Enrolment Deposit ($300) by the requested date to secure your position (you can pay this via the Qkr! app, please click here to view the instructions). This will contribute towards your first term school-based fees.

Important Notice

 

Parents of students with additional needs are encouraged to begin the enrolment process in advance of the normal enrolment period to allow for assessment of the support and adjustments required. Initial contact should be made with the Principal.

Parents are asked to provide copies of assessments or reports concerning learning needs.

It may be suggested that further assessments be undertaken by the school leadership team, or by staff from the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.

The enrolment process involves consultation and clarification of student needs. Available support and resources are investigated with parents, school personnel and Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.
