The focus of the assembly at Schofields was Religious Education and how we should live Charitably.
Patrick Sills and Mr Feeney introduced the theme and action that will be undertaken at TSC during Lent. Caritas Australia's theme is "Have life and have it to the full". Students were asked to consider how they could contribute to this worthy cause. Year 7 students Georgia Tuite and Emily Robinson shared their experience of the Starfish story and Year 9 students Abby Cowan and Abraham Elias recounted the Butterfly story. The house results were announced - Leading the House competition is Locke, followed by Therry, Brady and Cross. Year 11 leader Deborah Osei-Adomako made a passionate address about the students role in the bullying process and that the STRING movement is for those who witness bullying not to ignore it but ACT now. Mr Smith addressed the assembly by reiterating the message of solidarity and anti-bullying.
