The latest newsletter is now available to download!

Newsletter Issue 5 provides you with updates on all the exciting teaching and learning happening in our classrooms and reminds everyone of those important events coming up in the next month including our Creative Arts Night and Year 11 Subject Selection Evening. Also included in this issue are some amazing videos from events such as our Athletics Carnival and Year 12 Retreat and special messages from the Stage 5-6 teams.

Term 2 School Fees Reminder

Dear Parents/Caregivers,

Just a reminder that Term 2 fees were posted out on Monday, 1 May 2017 and fall due/payable by Monday, 29 May 2017. Please contact Jean Webb on 9208-7239 if you have not received your statement.

Vaccination Program Information for Years 7, 11 & 12 Parents/Caregivers

The document found at the link below provides parents/caregivers of Year 7, 11 & 12 students useful information regarding the NSW Vaccination Program.

We encourage all to view the information in preparation for upcoming vaccinations for students, including the Year 11 & 12 Meningococcal vaccination next Friday, 19 May.

REMINDER: All requests for leave from school must be in writing PRIOR to the leave

StJPII would like to remind all parents/caregivers that ALL requests for leave must be in writing PRIOR to the leave via email or note.

SMS responses are ONLY used for sickness or emergencies where prior notice could not be given.

Leave applications can be found under Administration in School Notes.

Further information regarding leave from school can be found under "Communication with the School" in the College Handbook.

Schofields Campus Student Drop Off/Pick Up Zone Changes

The Schofields Campus has recently upgraded the student drop off/pick up zone! The drop off zone for our Schofields Campus is located next to the College at Rose Cottage and now has a separate entry drive way and exit driveway.

Although there is some signage, we are looking to improve the signage in these areas to assist with the easy flow of traffic. We ask that parents/caregivers dropping off or picking up students please use the new entry and exit driveways as shown in the image below.

Reminder: Please Label All Belongings Brought to School

The staff at the College Office would like to remind students and parents/caregivers to please label all belongings that are brought to school so that lost property can be returned to the correct students. 

This includes uniforms, devices, stationary, sports equipment and any other important items. 

 If your child has lost any of their belonging, please advise them to visit the College Office to look at what has been handed into lost property.
